Requirements
- Some specific topics encourage/require the consortium leader to be an enterprise, and the consortium partners to include universities and research structures. For these topics, additional funding must be provided by the consortium, according to a certain ratio with government funding (generally 1:1)
- Limits on the maximum number of consortium participants that can be presented, as well as on the number of project activities to implement
- Demonstration projects are encouraged to be launched in National Sustainable Development Agenda Demonstration Zones, National Sustainable Development Experimental Zones, National Ecological Civilization Demonstration Zones, and along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway
- Industry-university-research cooperation is encouraged
- PIs will have the obligation to promote the commercialisation of technology results generated under approved projects
